METHOD
STEP 1
1. Preheat the oven 190 degrees. Dress up a baking tin with baking paper.
STEP 2
2. Bring water to the boil in a saucepan and cook the 3 eggs to your liking (soft, just on or hard). Then scare under cold water.
STEP 3
3. Sitting in a roll of dough 6 Scoops. Take these apart and roll each ball into a rectangle. Put a little force on your rolling pin and you'll be fine.
STEP 4
4. For 1 Bun: sprinkle a rectangle dough with 1 el herbs, 1 El cheese and some black pepper. Put a second rectangle on it. Then roll it up on the long side. Make the roll longer by rolling yourself, but also pull it with your hands a little to the left and right. But not too hard, because you don't want to break the dough. Then cut the roller with a sharp knife in half, from top to bottom. Now you got 2 Rolls and you're gonna braid them.
STEP 5
Then make this a circle and paste the ends together using a little water. Put your Easter sandwich on the baking paper and repeat with the other two sandwiches.
STEP 6
Tip: You can also 6 make smaller Easter rolls with 1 role. Cut each ball first in half and then make 6 Sandwiches with the same amount of ingredients. Keep enough space in the middle for the egg.
STEP 7
7. Beat off your last egg and brush the sandwiches with a tassel. Put the sandwiches in the oven and fry them in golden brown 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 8
8. Place a boiled egg on each sandwich in the middle and serve with salted butter.
STEP 9
#Throughout the day pass: serve them at the Easter breakfast or brunch. Also delicious with a cup of soup during lunch.
STEP 10
As far as we're concerned, these savoury Easter sandwiches were a great success. And it's different than sweet sandwiches at breakfast.
